In contrast to intarsia the pieces are cut from a single slice of wood. The pieces are stained afterwards.

Das weiß ist Acryllack und für den Rest habe ich die Clou Pulverbeize genommen, wie auch schon bei dem Sonnenblumenkranz.
Die lässt sich bei dem Paulownia Holz gut händeln....vorher hatte ich ja verdünnten Acryllack und auch mal Lasur probiert, aber da kam ich gegen das Faserproblem gar nicht an.

Eine super Arbeit von Dir, klassenschöne Farben, mir geht es wie Horst auch mich würde die Endbehandlung sprich Farben interessieren, vielleicht könntest Du hierzu was schreiben?

Klasse Anna, sehr gut gearbeitet. Ich bin immer neugierig und will dazulernen, welche Farben hast Du verwendet? Der Vogel gefällt mir ausnehmend gut.

So ähnlich...ich benutze Schleifröllchen (keine Hülsen)...die sind absolut genial, haben beinahe Null Abnutzung....ich hab bisher alle Sachen mit ein und demselben Röllchen geschliffen und das ist immer noch wie neu (mag aber auch an dem weichen Holz liegen).

Der Ara sieht wirklich toll aus! Schleifst Du mit dem Dremel und der flexiblen Welle? Welche Schleifhülsen verwendest Du?
