Segmentation

In contrast to intarsia the pieces are cut from a single slice of wood. The pieces are stained afterwards.

Im Gegensatz zu Intarsia werden bei der Segmentation die einzelnen Teile aus einem Stück Holz gesägt und anschließend eingefärbt.

dein Eselchen gefällt mir sehr gut.

Du hast ein gutes Auge für Höhenunterschiede und kannst gut einschätzen, wo man noch was wegschleifen könnte.

Ich bin nicht Dick, ich habe Modelmaße. So ca. ein dreiviertel Model hoch und zwei bis drei Models breit ^^

So, die ersten zwei Schichten Danish Oil sind drauf.
Er sieht auf dem Foto bräunlicher aus als er ist, im Original ist er leicht grau durchzogen.

Danke für die lieben Kommentare, dann werde ich mich heute mal an den Feinschliff machen und schauen, welche Farben ich für ihn zusammenmixe...weiß noch nicht, ob mehr gräulich oder bräunlich...kommt ja in der Natur beides vor.
