Segmentation

In contrast to intarsia the pieces are cut from a single slice of wood. The pieces are stained afterwards.

Im Gegensatz zu Intarsia werden bei der Segmentation die einzelnen Teile aus einem Stück Holz gesägt und anschließend eingefärbt.

Auch von mir mal wieder ein paar Bilder vom neuesten Werk.
Das Regal ist ca. 35 cm x 45 cm groß und mit Elfe 58 no.1 Sägeblättern gesägt. Die Vorlage habe ich von finescrollsaw.com.
