Segmentation

In contrast to intarsia the pieces are cut from a single slice of wood. The pieces are stained afterwards.

Im Gegensatz zu Intarsia werden bei der Segmentation die einzelnen Teile aus einem Stück Holz gesägt und anschließend eingefärbt.

In etwa eine drittel einer A3 Seite.
Der Hintergrund ist so bestellt, und in natura sieht es besser aus. Die Fotos mit dem Handy im Werkstattverlies haben nicht die beste Qualtät.

Schön, nur der Hintergrund ist etwas störrend, man kann die Feinheiten gar nicht bewundern.
Wie groß ist Nordamerika ?

leider kam ich nicht schneller dazu zu antworten
könnte mir vorstellen sowas in der Art als Legende für unseren Gartenverein zu sägen

Ein tolles Projekt, da bin ich wirklich sehr gespannt drauf.

Zumal ich auch mit einer Weltkarte begonnen habe, momentan ruht die aber, zuviel anderes. Allerdings in einer völlig anderen Ausführung, aber als Segmentation ist das fast noch eine bessere Idee. :lol:
