Zuerst hab ich das Blatt was drauf war genommen (MGT 7). Und kurz danach hab ich auf das MGT 5 gewechselt.

Bin gespannt, wie sehr du beim Schleifen das Multiplex zum Vorschein kommen lässt. Da kannst du sicher tolle Effekte erzielen.

Bin mir nicht sicher, ob ich so viel abschleifen will. Habe Angst das da was abbricht. Die Stege sind teilweise schon arg schmal.

Bei den Ästen stimme ich dir zu. Nur beim Stamm könntest du vielleicht was seitlich schleifen?

Sauber gesägt , sieht toll aus. :(Y): schönes Motiv. Den wollte ich auch nochmal machen.
Jetzt hast du ja den direkten Vergleich zwischen den 2 Sägen.

Hallo Kerstin,

super gesägt - woher ist die Vorlage für den Baum?! Schaut so aus, als könnte das selbst für mich machbar sein. ;-)

Jedenfalls echt toll, dass du dran geblieben bist - die Mühe hat sich gelohnt!

Die Vorlage ist aus dem Buch: Arbeitsbuch Feinschnittsäge.

Hallo Sägefan,

Multiplex-Birke-bezeichnet die Stärke in " (Zoll-Maße)
z.B. 3 mm = 1/8" (3,175mm)
4 mm =3/16"(4,762mm)
6 mm = 1/4" (6,350mm)
9 mm = 3/8" (9,525mm) = Umrechnung
soweit die 4 gängigen Zoll- Maße in Multiplex-Birke!!

Also, ich habe mich jetzt doch dazu durchgerungen, den Baum etwas zu schleifen.
Nach einem Schleifmarathon von mind. 6 Stunden hatte ich dann doch keine Motivation mehr. Der Baum habe ich mit Walnussöl eingeölt und er sieht jetzt so aus.

Sehr schön der gefällt mir richtig gut, das gleiche Bäumchen allerdings in Kiefer hängt bei mir im Esszimmer, allerdings nicht so schön geschliffen wie bei Dir.
