In contrast to intarsia the pieces are cut from a single slice of wood. The pieces are stained afterwards.

Im Gegensatz zu Intarsia werden bei der Segmentation die einzelnen Teile aus einem Stück Holz gesägt und anschließend eingefärbt.

Habe die Clou Pulverbeize benutzt. Mit der arbeite ich sehr gerne und preiswert ist sie auch noch dazu.

Gleich werde ich mal anfangen, den Tiger zu zerlegen.

Da geb ich Dir Recht Anna. Für den Preis einen Viertelliterklasse Beize, unschlagbar. Ich habe gerade begonnen mir die Beize zuzulegen. Meine Frau wundert sich schon über die vielen Gurkengläser im Vorratskeller. Ein Tick von mir, da müssen alle Gläser für die Beize gleich aussehen.

Horst, ich bin noch schlimmer. :laugh:

Ich habe mir sogar extra Gläser dafür gekauft :whistle:

, da geht genau die richtige Menge rein und sie sind viereckig und lassen sich so bei optimaler Platzausnutzung in einer Schublade verstauen. Bißchen bescheuert :blink:

, aber ich steh dazu. :silly:
