In contrast to intarsia the pieces are cut from a single slice of wood. The pieces are stained afterwards.

Im Gegensatz zu Intarsia werden bei der Segmentation die einzelnen Teile aus einem Stück Holz gesägt und anschließend eingefärbt.

Auf den letzten Drücker habe ich am Wochenende noch schnell ein Projekt aus der Feinschnitt kreativ verwirklicht. Das hatte ich mir schon lange vorgenommen aber Weihnachten war noch in weiter Ferne.
Da aber jetzt schon Weihnachten ist, wünsche ich allen ein schönes Fest und frohe Stunden im Kreis eurer Lieben.

Besser dreimal überlegen als zweimal sägen!
